DMCA Policy for Air Fryer Shrimp

This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice and a Counter-Notification to Air Fryer Shrimp.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on the Air Fryer Shrimp website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be valid, it must include all of the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice, and you believe that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notification. For your counter-notification to be valid, it must include all of the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., specific URLs).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Air Fryer Shrimp may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.
